Mr.Vinod Chhangani acquired his chartered accountancy degree at a very young age from ICAI. Mr. Vinod Chhangani resigned a seven figure salaried job and channelized his entire talents towards students and their empowerment by setting up his own educational institute.

With timeless efforts, dedication & hardwork Mr. Chhangani set goals and strived hard to achieve them by diversifying education into various other streams like B.ed ,M.ed etc.

While eluding the option of taking over his set family business he choose the walk on the chartered path of imparting education. His able leadership qualities and staunch support towards his colleagues & staff has proved his efforts in creating platinum in the society.

Adv. Ejaz Ahmed began his career as an Entrepreneur in the field of advertising. His passion to excel in his various Endeavour’s brought him together with Mr.Vinod Chhangani in setting up Shantiniketan Bahu Uddeshiya Sanstha.

Adv. Ejaz Ahmed in his capacity as the secretary of the organization advises and mentors the entire team along with a key focus on innovations. This innovative bend of mind made him create a vision to change the basic business model in the field of education. This was applauded by a set of like minded people who joined hands with him in this venture. He diversifies and contributes his legal expertise towards multiple induction segments including marketing advertisement retail services, real estate & petro chemicals.

Mr. Ritesh Chelani Vice President began his career as a business man and had zeal to serve the society by imparting quality education together with the Secretary and President he shouldered the responsibility of Shantiniketan Bahu Uddeshiya Sanstha. In his capacity he is looking after the upliftment, growth and expansion of various faculties in higher education. He is a source of inspiration to all and leaves no stone unturned in his capacity.
